Wednesdays - Medium paced, average 14-16 mph.
Depart 6:00pm from My Coffee on Garden Valley Blvd.
Sundays - Long Ride at medium pace, average 16-18 mph.
Depart 11:00am from My Coffee on Garden Valley Blvd.
