Velo (vē′lō) noun : bicycle
The Umpqua Velo Club is dedicated to promoting bicycle riding and community cycling activities, safety, skill and education in Douglas County.
Some of the activities of our club include:
- group rides that promote healthy riding
for all ability levels - safety and skill education classes
- supporting bicycle advocacy in Douglas County
- sharing information about bicycling
- fun and fellowship among cyclists
We invite you to participate in a ride, take a class, check out some great events and consider joining our membership.
An additional benefit of membership includes a 10% discount on cycling accessories at two Roseburg bike shops: Canyon Creek and Scott's Extreme Ride
